Color looks a bit dull, but still a amazingly done rank. I believe NightWing is a superhero, which is awesome. I like how you cannot see them pixelated, and are like fresh made out of the oven. Very good work, colors are a bit dull, but still awesome.
I think the blue is a bit plain. However, the icon you added to these make up for that slightly, and if you were to fancy the backgrounds up a bit, these would be beautiful ranks. I’d also like to see the text made a bit bigger.
